Flygrip
Rather than switch back to BlackBerry, I've decided to give this a try. Just ordered it, it's being shipped today. Hopefully I get it this week.
Anybody else heard of this, or any alternatives? Does it work well?

What does the grip have to do with the phone? Isn't this an attachment to the phone?

Holding this phone, because of it's size is an absolute joke. It's really hard to explain, but because it's so big you can't use and hold it securely with one hand. Even with two sometimes when you're typing and have it resting on your pinky...it just always seems insecure and it's going to fall out.
Because it's so thin...you can't do much with it upside or in bed either.
Again...really hard to explain, maybe other larger device users can explain.
Although, that video on the page does a pretty decent job.Sajan Parikh - PHP Development | Server Management | Linux Administration | Web Consulting

What phone are you currently using? I think the misleading sentence was rather than switching back to blackberry...you never said what you currently use...
On a side note, this product looks really neat.Doug

Ah, yeah. I can see that.
I've got the Samsung Galaxy S2 Skyrocket.
If you want to see what I mean. Try to hold, and use your BlackBerry without touching the entire front of the device for grip (where the display screen is on these full screen touch devices). You can only grip it using the incredible thing sides and back.
*May not be the best example since BlackBerrys are actually pretty thick and easy to hold.Sajan Parikh - PHP Development | Server Management | Linux Administration | Web Consulting

Haha! Wow. Yeah, I considered the Note...but that's a man's phone. Ridiculous size. Different use case though.
I actually couldn't find it anywhere outside of their official site. Flygrip.com.
The product seems to be of the indie variety. I found a page for them on Indiegogo.
It's a bit pricey if you ask me, but if it does what it says...I'll be extremely happy.Sajan Parikh - PHP Development | Server Management | Linux Administration | Web Consulting

FLYGRIP It works!
I got it after seeing a friend have it on their iphone. I have the Galaxy Note, and I think it should be mandatory on phones bigger than a 4" screen.
Just do a search for flygrip on youtube. Lots of reviews and testimonials.
not expensive when you consider the advantages and it comes with a free case (which costs you around $20-30 in a store anyway).

I use the FlyGrip on my galaxy s2 and it's an amazing addon. Probably the smartest phone addon I've ever used. You will understand when you get it and use it just how amazing it is

It's arrived! I've applied it, used it for 10 minutes and think this should come standard with every phone. Amazing little piece of plastic.
I think I stuck it on a little lower than I wanted. I'll get used to it. Seems like a hassle taking it off.Sajan Parikh - PHP Development | Server Management | Linux Administration | Web Consulting
