Do you want sombody to take over the server and the client?
What are you asking for it?

I'm not asking a lot.
The webdesign is worth $500 alone, so that will be the bulk of the price.

LT servers generally come with either 1000 or 1200GB of Bandwidth a month
Plenty enough for a Webhosting comapany in all respects
What we want to know is
How many customers do you actually have ?? i see you have 1 paying Semi Anual which is good but how many monthly ???
Monthly Income to Outgoings so that we can all see the Profit or Loss your making???
And is there a possibility of buying your customer base off you instead of the whole Company , considering i have enough servers to cover everything right now but i could always do with extra customers

Also based on the fact that he said he has only one customer at $75 semi-anually and did not mention any cutomers monthly, this leads me to he has 0 monthly customers.
All this from my brain and it's still morning!

Thank you Number1Host.
I am selling this to someone who wants to develop the company.
It has a super name, and a great design. It needs to be started up which I do not have time for!

So is the client on this plan : - 30 gb transfer
- 1500 mb storage
- 40 ftp accounts
If so , if u need to let go of client if u plan to close down let me know i will host him. But i doubt anyone would offer 500$ for current site and single client , but anyways good luck.12+ years -same website , new server [SSD Inside] providing shared/reseller hosting only !
These things we do not provide/offer : Unlimited Storage ! Unlimited Bandwidth ! But Why? Cause, we were unable to put such a large number on our pages, it just would not fit.
So check out the numbers that actually fit >> << the page as well as your budget too !

Siaro,
Here is the deal. I'll give you $50.00 for the client. We have more powerful servers then what you already have plus we will provide them a business class web hosting solution that will provide them with excellent uptime, support, reliability.
Right now, you are taking a heavy loss. You might as well sell the client, cancel the server. I'll provide you free account so that you can host the domain and site while your trying to sell it. And, I will even help you sell the design.
Most inidividuals who go out looking to buy a web hosting company do not normally want the designs so you are better to sell it off by itself.

siaro, i agree with what BHNSupport said about the template. its easier to sell seperate.
for the client and server, it'd be easier to sell just your client because you only have one. whoever buys it might already have a server and doesnt need another one.
for the client, the best price you can get is 75-150, depending on whether the standard is 6months or 1 year

Dear siaro,
As mentioned, sell the design separately, not that we can judge though, as it's offline at the moment.
Please let us know if you are still selling, as we are happy to offer you $60 for the client.
