    Yeah I think LiveZilla is really nice and seem to see a lot more companies switching to it lately. I noticed SingleHop has it and they did an awesome job on the customization of it, almost doesn't even look like LiveZilla to me.

    I have been using Kayako's Live Response which I think is very good.

    I just had to pay $420 upfront and there is no monthly fees.

    There is just one thing that I wish this software had. There is no rule based proactive chat. In fact, I might shift to Live Person for this very reason.

    Does LiveZilla Support Rule Based Pro-active chat? And how is the Support?

    There are a few things Kayako is missing, it seems like outdated software, but v4 looks to solve all of that, and I can't wait!

    I prefer a web based live chat so Live Zilla does not work for me because I would need to install it on every machine I use and I tend to use a lot

    We recently switch to Livezilla from Kayako with no regrets! Absolutly one of the best Live Chat Software. The only regret I have is spending $499 on Kayako.

    Pretty easy to see your customization, Steph. SingleHop did a great job. We're also using LiveZilla - it's a great package.

    Yeah, I did read about it on the blog post. I also like how when I visit your site the staff on live chat has their picture come up and invites you to a chat session, don't think I've seen many other companies using LiveZilla who configured that with their real pictures yet.

    Thanks Guys! Yeah, I like that we use our own photos, kind of it gives that extra personal touch They came out with the updated version of LiveZilla which we should be using here soon....I'm looking forward to it.
