    I thought WiredTree was reliable when I joined this site last year. When I signed up a day a ago, the order form timed out, and I had to call to have someone confirm my order, and process my credit card. It took long to setup my account - probably the longest for any web host I've ever used. Additionally, my site is still not up and running and I keep receiving cPanel errors stating services have failed.

    For $50.00 a month, this is not what I'm paying for in a MANAGED solution. I could set everything up myself, so it might make sense to cancel and move to another host.

    Hi bigsales06,

    Those are all optional 3rd party commercial software licenses. So there is a fee associated with each. Additional IPs are $1/IP in groups of 4.

    The ticket was sent into our billing department, which is only open during normal business hours. You submitted the ticket in the middle of the night here so that is why you didn't get a reply back until later. Thanks!
