My Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old (or older)
• Must be a US Citizen and currently reside in the US
• Must be willing to sign a NDA / Contract
• Must have a cellphone (for calling / texting)
• Must have at least 20 hours per week to dedicate to this project
• Must know PHP 5, Smarty Template Engine, and Flowplayer.

I'm willing to pay you on either a weekly or bi-weekly basis. You pay will be $15.00 to $25.00/hour. Payments are via Paypal.

It's most likely due to the time zone difference. Some 6 hours difference between CST and GMT.
