iostat - is this fine?
load average: 7.46, 6.84, 6.52
12755 root 25 0 1700 724 1344 R 92.8 0.0 2345m 1 iostat
12961 root 25 0 1700 724 1344 R 51.5 0.0 2359m 0 iostat
Its CentOS, is that fine?

That's a massive load you have there, have you run top to see what is causing it?

iostats seems to be on top of the list...

Have you tried running iostat -x /dev/hdaX manually ?
And is the io_wait a lot in top ?
Outputs of these commands may help:
hdparm /dev/hdX
hdparm -i /dev/hdX
It looks like a hdd i/o issue. This never happened with me despite the heavy scripts.Get help with your server optimization - A forum on server optimization...
