Edit: spoke too much. Now down as well from Virginia EC2 node

Use just-ping.com, it helps quite a bit to see who is suffering from it and if it is just you. Shouldn't this be in the network and providers outage forum?

Hello.
Currently we are not seeing any issues whatsoever that should be impacting service for any of our customers. If you are having any issues at all, I urge you to submit a ticket, with a traceroute, as well as including your source IP. If you have already submitted a ticket that does NOT have this information, please reply to it and include said information.
If you have a ticket you have submitted and your service is down, please reply with the ticket number so I can have our staff look into this issue.
Thank you.
