    Hi all,

    I pay for VPS in vpscolo.com . VPS start day when i pay and i get my VPS info after 6 day .

    And it was very sick. (VPS )

    I try to cancel my account , and i read in TOC (FAX for cancelation only) and 2 day i try to send fax (fax offline) i send mail to support & sales & billing @ vpscolo.com no reply at all up to now.

    So is the company pwebtech or vpscolo? You may want to check and see if the company has a staff member here on WHT and then PM them.

    We are happy to do your request however if you have an email address that doesn't work I'm araid it does make life very difficult. If you email billing@vpscolo.com from an address that does work then we can help you

    Billing has your request however they are only open Monday to Friday 9 to 5 and it will be dealt with in this time. If you have any questions please email them. They will not see your posts on WHT as they do not read it

    That in most cases is untrue, especially in this case. The customer in question opened a ticket on March 4th Friday after hours, billing is closed until monday morning when we sent him a response asking him for more information to cancel his account. Meanwhile the customer doesn't contact us with any information. Instead he rants on wht opens two threads, then send another email on Thursday March 10th in which we yet again promptly reply to. It takes 4 emails and 2 days later, to get the necessary information, the most difficult of which was his vps ip address and root password and billing information, which we did not get until Saturday March 12th. When billing once again opened on Monday, the customer was promptly refunded his monday according to our TOS/AUP.

    As it turns out, during the time in which the customer didn't get our response asking for more information, he decided the best course of action was to go into a senseless fit here, on WHT.


    DDT&SLAM Below find both ticket #'s in which we responded to within normal billing hours.
