Finding /24 or bigger IP blocks for crawling Google

I provide boutique http proxy services for one US based client that monitors Google, Bing and Yahoo results. Currently I'm looking for US, UK and Australian IPV4 addresses. Preferred delivery method is GRE tunnel. I'm not a public proxy service so I can guarantee no blackhat stuff, no bans and no abuse complaints.

There have been a couple posts in the past regarding people that want to monetize smaller blocks. This is an easy no maintenance monthly paycheck. If you know someone I should contact please let me know.
