I noticed their site and emails are down. And still no refund. Anyone have any info on them?

I tried not to file a claim dispute but I guess I have no choice.

You can file claim disputes on charges occuring over 30 days ago, even though it'll tell you that your attempt failed - You'll get an email the next day telling you that they're opening the issue.

Can we still have access to our servers ? I know that mine was on theplanet.com. Since i had a dedicated server, is there any chance TP let me take my files from there ?

TMS (tailoredservers.com) is where your servers are actually located, they colocate at ThePlanet.

ahh yah, it seems angelnetworkz.net page is down . maybe we are lucky and they shut down for good, and arent taking new orders to rob more people.

I've just called theplanet and they told me that they cannot help me since the server i had was registered in the name of AN. I've asked them if i could pay any fee or something to get the server back online to do the last backups and they told me that i was also impossible to do that.

I must say (forgive me mods) OMFG....

And no, i don't have a backup server nor a place to put the websites i had there

Is there any other advise you can tell me/us ?

BTW, does anyone has a contact of TMS ?

I'm from Portugal and my phone bill will be quite large this month....

All jokeing aside. If You had a server at ThePlanet, I guess Your only chance to get anything from the server would be to contact Tailormadeservers.com.
This is the company that AN got the servers at ThePlanet from.

I guess You should. You could try Beachcomber.net as I did. They are great.

All of Angel Networkz servers hosted by Tailor Made Servers (TMS) have been shutdown. This includes their webserver which was hosted on one of these servers.

We do get bandwidth from The Planet, which is why they show in their traceroutes, but they have no control over our servers. If you have any questions about restoring service, you may contact me directly.
