Does anybody has WebSupport script.
I need it and it seems that their site http://why.sigh.org/ is closed.

What is it soda? The link still does not work....
Is it better than wonderdesk.com?

Web support was a script similar to Wonderdesk for only $100. Last I knew the lady was working on a PHP version however many people were stealing the script and then selling it as their own. I think she may have gotten frustrated that so many people were stealing it and temporarily pulled it off the web ...Paul Szymanski

We been using a script from http://www.palladiumscripts.com
Its only $60 installed and its very reliable and very easy for both u and the customer to use! We are currently beta testing a version for him that adds alot more features such as email to ticket, and capped responses for those users that just like to ask the same question over and over again.

If you do not mind to run the helpdesk on Nt system then there is one called liberum helpdesk which is available
http://www.liberum.org/
Uses asp and access db , but can be converted to use mssql.
we are planning to use the same and it is really good and free too.
