    IONVM.com - Issue

    Let start off with I've been with IonVM from the beginning of 08/09/2011 before it was brought by Greg Landis who saved it from the old owner who name was David Krause. Around this time ionvm was falling apart due to the old owner at this time so time flys by after we started making support request we weren't getting any ticket response by the old owner / his staff until one day one of my Tickets were responded to by Greg Landis, and he had explained to me what was going on Once I verified that he was the true Greg Landis I decided to stay with IonVM I know he has earned a good reputation / has been in the hosting industry for over years now.

    Now Issue
    I had a support ticket opened since 12/11/2011
    About issue on there Node name 22NL, The issue is I've two vps servers on that node 22NL when logging into SSH for both when I download something on one vps server the diskspace is used up on the other vps server even though it wasn't downloaded there. Then also notice if another vps on the node is causing a high-load then my server load is spiked up to even though nothing might not be running on my vps server.

    Factory I've been Told by other provider I resell for

    1. SolusVM wasn't setup correctly.
    2. Hardrives weren't partion correctly.
    3. Diskspace being oversold.

    I'm curious what you mean by this. Are you saying you asked other providers what the problem might be and that they told you that?

    Yes that's what I meant by that those were the several factory's given to me by them.

    I'm a bit confused, your signature seems to suggest you're with JaguarPC, but you're going to look into an issue at IonVM ?

    N/m had to do a search to find out that the owner of JaguarPC bought out IonVM. Guess that's what the OP meant by "other provider". (was getting confused for a moment as how other providers would know how someone set something up).
