Can anybody kindly name a few of the best managed VPS service providers.

Linux or Windows? US, Europe, elsewhere?

If you can be a little more specific with your requirements it will help with recommendations.

What's your budget? Exactly what do you need as part of the management service? Many companies will charge extra for things like monitoring and initial setup.

There are different types of management :

    - Proactive and Passive
    - Semi-Managed or Fully-Managed

I need a windows one and the location doesn't matter as long as the provider is a good one.

I can spend a max of 75 bucks.
I would like the management team to take care of the back up on a regular basis.

So basically you just want to kick back and relax and treat the VPS like shared hosting where you don't have to care about anything else?

On a managed VPS the provider would take care of security/monitoring/updates usually. On an unmanaged VPS this is your responsibility.

I can name two Windows VPS providers with good management:

    http://www.solarvps.com/
    http://www.eurovps.com/

EuroVPS have a high price level, but very good service.
SolarVPS has servers in UK and US, and have VERY good and fast support. Both have managed plans.(SolarVPS has unmanaged also)
SolarVPS has good VPS plans within your budget
