Can you provide some more details? Is it being marked as spam by every ISP? Are you getting notifications from ISPs about spam? Do your users just have high spam settings? I don't know about you but there is nothing any server can do if it wants to get to my inbox instead of my junk folder. No server side configuration will override my e-mail spam settings, so unless you have specific reason to think your servers are marked on a blacklist somewhere there isn't much you can do. Now if you have specific details we may be of more help to you.

The most common issues are
1. your mailserver is listed in rbls.
2. your mail server hostname has no proper reverse + forward lookup.
3. SPF Records issue.
4. Using some non existent domain as sender etc

SPF records will help you with this situation, find out where you're blacklisted and email them to see if it's possible to be removed.

that TXT segment should be a good starting point for a cpanel server (it can be narrowed more)
if we knew the IP or domain in question of course people would be able to determin quickly if there are any internet-facing configuration issues█ Perigee Global Corporation

Get back with the domain name in question and we can let you know the DNS TXT record to put in the authoritative name servers of the domain.

the TXT record is fine - however it may be on a blacklist somewhere as there is definitely evidence of it being on some previously.
It is listed in this document
http://www.800-security.com/tech/SPAMaddresses.txt
also, the hostname pointed to in the MX is different to what is uses in its SMTP welcome banner (not real an issue) - however, the rDNS (Reverse DNS) lookup of the host ip address is a different domain to what it uses in its greeting - this can contribute to a higher 'spam' score on systems
One other thing, can you confirm whether the IP you sent is also the IP address the box uses for outgoing connections - it would be 'main ip' of the machine ( the one you see as the first entry on ifconfig eth0 or ifconfig eth1)
EDIT: I can confirm that the IP is currently listed is SORBS and UCEPROTECT2█ Perigee Global Corporation

Yes, we agree with jNive. You can always check if your email server IP address is blocked in major blocking lists. For example, using the below given URL,

Also, SORBS is backisting your IP from an uncleared incident back in Feb 2007 - UCEPROTECT has it blackisted because the entire /16 is listed. Primarily as a resut of this

jNive, since you've brought this up, SORBS is the most unprofessional service there can be which asks one to pay to delist your email server IP address from their list. That's lame.
Though they might be having their own reasons to charge/mint money from a service such as this but I would say the people who use such a blocking list are causing a lot of pain and resources on others. The others provide a way to apply for delisting and inquire for message headers etc with which you can rectify the issue. Just my 2 cents about SORBS :-)

Believe me i know - which is likely why it is the only one still listing the record (for a domain that no longer exists)
However the /16 is listed on UCE Protect as there is pllenty of spam hitting their triggers from neighbouring /24 blocks to the OP's IP.█ Perigee Global Corporation
