There is no such thing as best host. The best host is the one that meets your standards.

Do you have any requirements such as RAM, disk space, and bandwidth?

Most VPS offer cPanel/WHM control panel for around $15 a month.

Since you will be on a VPS, it will be your responsibility to make your own backup files, such as through WHM backup system daily.

It depends on how much traffic your website will be receiving. Do you maybe know how many unique visitors you are or you will be receiving a month?

Also what kind of websites will you be hosting on the VPS?

all sites will be forums only , and i think that will reach 6000 member on the first 3 months and from 200 to 500 visitor online ,
but i don`t know what the enough space, RAM and bandwidth ?

What the Advantage of RAM , and what the best RAM as start in the first three months ?

You could get cloud hosting from Rackspace... or just go with a VPS such as Servint or any of the sticky threads in the VPS offers forum. Most of the hosts you listed I would not use.

I would say the hosting companies you choose are over-sellers and I would personally not choose any of them. Try reading some reviews about them and you will see what the customer's experience is/was with them.

for $50 a month you could get a good VPS with a company with a better rep here on WHT.. You can even get a base model fully managed with WiredTree or Knownhost for that.

PhotonVPS will get you a great semi-managed VPS with good specs at that price as well... Lots of providers can get you a good VPS in that price range.. Read some reviews.

LiquidWeb have a good reputation.....but their pricing structure seems to be a lot higher than the other big players like Knownhost, WiredTree, and Servint.

Yes, I agree LiquidWeb has a very good reputation and their customers are very satisfied with their service.

If I was given the task to setup a vps for just one forum with 200 visitors at once, I would use Servint's Signature package 1.5 GB Guaranteed (3 GB Burst RAM)

    It's $89 a month.

Top notch company so no worries there.

Famous managed vps players around here are WiredTree, Knownhost, Servint, LiquidWeb, Future Hosting... You can't go wrong by choosing one of them. Check their offers at Advertising Section. I had also some experience with WebHostingBuzz and I don't really recommend them at all.
