Cpanel & WHM showing account bandwidth usage as 0
As title, I think the problem might be something to do with the clients domain names pointing to http://www.integralhosting.co.uk/~username
and all their stats are being piled onto our main stats. This is difficult however as we cannot see at a glance how much bandwidth our clients are using, though disk space usage is fine.
Is it because their domains are not using our nameservers? I'm a little confusedGreat value PHP, Perl & CGI hosting

Also the clients' cpanel 6 stats page shows nothing, I presume this is all the same issue.

It's because your clients are on the same IP as your main site. This causes a problem because you're all basically using the same resources as the first site listed in HTTPD.conf file when using ~username.
This is a know problem with Cpanel and users can use any amount of bandwidth they want by using http://yoursite.com/~theirusername/download.mp3 for example. This will count towards your bandwidth and not theirs.
Solutions would be to disable ~username access, see Security Tweaks in WHM or to put all shared useres outside your main sites IP, recommended.
Until clients use http://theirname.com stats won't work. Of course theirname.com has to be setup for your nameservers and setup on the server as well.
Good luck!

Hi, when I create an account in WHM there is only an option to "Auto assign IP", so I'm unsure of how I can put my clients on our second ip.

You have to go to WHM, and Edit Settings option. Change the Main Shared IP to your second IP. That's assuming you have already added the second IP to your server.

I would update your CPanel version if you are still on 6.
