Bad company, Services of this company does not provide, support a zero, are not attentive, only cause problems, highly recommend this company to anyone!

This customer first requested to have system installed CentOS 6, so we provisioned the server for him in under and hour and delivered the server setup details.
About 10 minutes later he requested that we partition the server for use with Virtualizor, and we asked him what verison he wanted loaded, XEN, KVM or OpenVZ as it requires different setup for each version. We also notified him at this time that we charge $25 for each reload instance, however we would do the second reload for free, but anything additional would be charged $25. He replied and said he wanted XEN version.
We then re-installed and configured it with XEN partitioning per his request. About an hour later he said he wanted the system the third time and we created a invoice for the reload fee, however then he said he wanted a refund.
So, against our best judgement, we decided to give him a refund instead of spending additional time reloading his server for the 3rd time in a matter of a few hours. Then he comes here, and says that we do not provide any support, and are non responsive. Which is totally false as we responded in under 30 minutes across all tickets, sometimes within minutes.Reliable Hosting Services, LLC

Good evening everyone not recommend the company up because they are liars and seek to deceive people.
Adiquiri a server dedicated to them today, I requested to support the one reload to my server as needed to install virtualizor.
I opened a ticket on this subject, and I was told that I had the right to the reload to months, not confirmed the osreload because their support is very poor and bad.
Asked the virtualizor support the instalção panel, which informed me that would not need the reload, made instalção it without problems.
Decided not to use the virtualizor, but install cpanel, to request the support of this company sucks up here and informed, would have to pay U $ 25.00 because they say reinstall twice to me, which is a lie, because I have not received ticket, stating this or confirmation of these by the company.
I also received all ip addresses on the blacklist when I was exchanging information via ticket with them, just kicked me out of their customer panel and canceled my account.

Stop being a liar, you want the number of open ticket in virtualizor support?
How did you install the xen if my kvm this panel?
Besides this you threw me out of your company your sleazy and shameless.

I received my server with two harddisks of 500GB in RAID 1, with hundreds 6x64bits installed.

We have not removed Cpanel, if you want you can reinstall and provide us root details again.
However we have installed Virtualizor and it is working fine.

Hi,
Unfortunately, there is no way to uninstall CPanel. Its very hard to remove services, daemons and compiled binaries. I would recommend to perform the Os reload.

As a fellow Maryland native I've been close to selecting Reliable Hosting Services for previous projects. This is the first thread I've seen involving them and I'm happy to see they conduct themselves like any professional host would.

No reload the confirmed for me!
If I was wrong, would not have kicked me out of the customer support portal.
Had no confirmation of the fair reload for them.

Based off this thread alone it looks like the issue here is communication, as others seem to also agree. Also it's usually a good idea to read the providers terms so you understand fees such as the reload fees.
Jeff and the rest of RHS have been around a while, it sounds more like they went out of their way for you...

I don't know this people i find them true this forum i watch them for hours on spare screen (so impressed with this good crew, i wish them successful business). Reason i did watch them was my similar story may i should post it here.
I do apologize to this people from wholesaleinternet.net they make me think in future when i pick my next server. Guy keep up good work there is a lots of company's here from mars and supports from garage. Few bucks cheaper servers got me in case like in this tread.

Your english is very confusing, but it looks like the support tech informed you it's better to reload the OS (a 2nd time, for a fee?) after they already installed Cpanel, since it would actually be quicker (and cleaner) then trying to remove cpanel manually.

I think it would be best for you to order a service from a local company that speaks your native language. It does prevents miscomunication issues like this.
