    Transfer Question

We offer a full 30 day refund. A client signed up with a 10gb plan, he has used 54gb's this month, and has emailed us stating that he will pay $50 for the charges, when we charge $3.50USD a gigabyte can we do anything legally if he doesn't pay the money he is owing on his account. What if he asks for a refund?

i guess this depends on how your contract is worded and the clauses therein. a resonable 30 day contract can include a clause saying no refund will be given to clients in breach of their TOS \ AUP and possibly even that you will be liable for overages. a client usually isnt able to dictate recompense but if your contract isnt tight enough i think you may have to just take it.
you can then cap his account at 10 gb the next month. or ensure he buys a bigger plan.
