Need A Reliable Reseller Account
I am looking for a reliable reseller account. I need it to be linux based with cpanel, whm, fantastico, private name servers, adult allowed. I would like to hear suggestions of companies that have been around for at least 1 1/2 years and allow adult with the other requirements listed above. My main concern will be reliability, and customer support would be second. I am looking for support that gives detailed messages and not "it's fixed now". Thanks for any suggestions on this.

beachcomber isnt bad. I had a dedicated server with them before offering my own, but the one downside was it would take 2 hours on average for a reply; even if it was an emergency.
The guys on the phone dont help much since they're supposed to be in sales and billing only.

I'm a customer of HostNetway. They have had there problems in the past, but for the most part, I am seeing a complete turn-around as far as uptime is concerned. Support has always been great with replies within a couple minutes. But overall, they are a good provider with great price. Had a minor detail worth submitting a ticket for at around 2:30 A.M. and got an answer back shortly there after. Good support.

Site5.com i believe has been around for more than 1.5years. I've just started using their service recently and so far have been great. Their support response time has been ranging from 15 mins to about 45 mins.
Doing a search on WHT or their own forum should confirm that they are a reliable company.

Hostgator get's my vote. Been with them for 6months+ now.
Live support is always online and replies are often prompt within a few minutes or more.

I'm sorry but beachcomber.net does not get my vote - we've got a server with them and their support was rigid, late to reply, and when we did, it wasn't courteous or helpful as we thought it would be.
RojWeb Hosting? Been there. Done that.

I want to take back what I said about beachcomber.net - lack of confusion on my part; in particular, we weren't following their particular support protocol and that's why things weren't as I expected.
After a talk with Mark, I'm assured it's not as I originally painted it to be.
