It's amazing that while they are still paying DataHouse, they have decided to shut down their servers!
I suppose bitdot does have their alternative mailing address and he could either ask on our behalf as to why they have been down or provide us with their email address!
BTW, is there any way for bitdot to find out if ManagedPHP's servers have hardware related problems?

They pay not DataHouse, they are a client of ours. And we are a customer of DataHouse.

bitdot,
You got to realize that your client has run away on us and we have been left stranded. If you have any alternative email address of the folks at managedPHP, can you please ask the folks at managedPHP on our behalf as to why they have been down or provide us with their email address?
If they are not coming back, fine! But as for me, I need to know that they will never come back before putting in 2+ weeks to get my websites up with old backups!

bitdot,
Why don't you put their server back up, let us download our data and shut it down after that?
Your help will be highly appreciated! You must understand that we are in a real bad situation right now!

Their server is on, I can not give data and have no backups of them data.
It's their own server which is our colocated by us.
And a alternate email address I have not.

Thanks for trying to help us
If you have same email adress as we have for them then they will not be receiving it as their site is down as well so they will not be able to get it.
Before their site (and their customers) went down emails were getting returned as undeliverable due to their mailbox quota being full.

I was have huge problems with Managedphp hosting, my site sometimes was know be down and for 30 days, but from this year they are awfull, they dont answer on mails 3-4 weeks and more, i was paying them 25 $, now i was move to other hosting and i am paying only 5.95$ and in last 3 months i wasnt have any probelm with new hosting. My new hosting send mail when their servers will be down for 2-3 minutes, while managedphp wasnt send any mail when their servers was down and for few weeks. Managedphp hosting is worst hosting ever, if you have site move quick you can. I was loose hundreds of members on ym forum and topics, plus i was loose huge money beause them.

As Chuck pointed out, their FB page has been taken offline. BCreativ, if they could pull their FB page down when in vacation, they could have also cared to leave a msg on their FB page.
I should also start to move my files to a new server. Damn, I will never forget to take backups from now on!

So, for what it's worth, ManagedPHP's website just popped back up TODAY.
Figures...1 day after I switch hosts.
At least I'll be able to easily cancel my services now, after I slide back and grab my data.

Another 3 days and still down
How can a host disappear for almost 2 weeks and come back for one day and then disappear again
What can cause this (other than them folding up without notifying their clients) ?
