First of all thank you for your help in answering my question. I am computer user who recently see that file-hosting is getting uglier day by day. I believe torrent would be easier to be shared.

I am thinking of running a torrent share hosting site in my community.

However i don't know what are the requirement to successfully run this torrent share hosting site.

Which hosting server should i chose ?

Can i make unique trackers relating to my site name ?

Currently i'm using a fair speed ISP of 10MB . is it better to use a higher speed server ? such as in Europe or RU or US ?

With grateful again to solve my dream of sharing. I am expecting to have your guide from the basic steps.

Actually I'm not sure if i am understanding your question as a torrent newbie. However I am planning to share file through hosting my own torrent site to prevent legal issue as much as possible.

The contents are :

- Music
- Video
- Image
- and Local TV shows programs.
