Unhappy Server Status page showing same uptime, server load in WHMCS

I have added two server in my whmcs client area.

and put the same URL for both server.

    like, http://clients.mysite.com/status

and, server status page showing same uptime and server load info for both server.

    check http://awesomescreenshot.com/0c42rfd06e

Please give me any solution to fix it.

should i put different URL for different server?

Yes you need the /status/index.php to be on both servers that you want to monitor. And set the URL in the server configuration to the correct one

Is POP3 service up and running for that server? Also check the service status from WHM for that server and make sure there is no issue with POP3 service.

That was an example link (not his real domain).

If the pop3 is working then it should be showing as green in the status page.

Sorry I can not be more helpful

status folder permission is 755 and index.php permission is 644, same as other server which one is showing up.

WHMCS is installed in one server, not both server. The one showing POP3 is down, there is no whmcs installed. only status folder there.

I have exactly the same problem

The server where whmcs is located shows all services up but the other server shows POP3 down. All files are uploaded and linked.

Probably your whmcs can not properly read pop3 ports. Try to disable firewall and check.
