You can use the built in ones in most billing apps like whmcs or hostbill. If you want a dedicated one, check out kayako and cerberus.

kayako.com kayako.comis a great piece of software although using a built in support system is usually cheaper but will have less features

I am on WHMCS side, not only it has perfect and easy to use support system but also billing. It is a complete package for a web hosting company.

Kayako is one of the best, but it's quite expensive. We use WHMCS right now but we plan to upgrade to Kayako eventually.

I am using Kayako for quite a number of years and loving it. There will be hiccups during the first installation but after that is all smooth sailing.

My favorites are osTicket and HESK. Those are both free and simple. I have never tried Kayako like most people said so I can't testify for it.

I vote for WHMCS but you can also custom build one if its only the support desk feature you would like.

Defenitely WHMCS is good for all time. But I found some more alternative of WHMCS.
helpdesk, kayako, ilient, h2desk are also some softwares for help desk.

I don't like the WHMCS helpdesk interface, but I love Kayako!

We used WHMCS for our main support desk for a few years and although at the time we thought it did everything we wanted, Kayako is a much better system.
We still use WHMCS for billing though.

Kayako would be a nice option. I can say WHMCS also worth a try since it can be used for billing also.

My thumbs up to Kayako and WHMCS (if you are looking for an integrated s/w). Kayako does tend to get slow at time as it needs slightly more system resources.
Deskpro too is an good alternative.

I'm using SmarterTrack and love it. Built in live chat and KB system, Who's on, etc. The KB has some nice features, but one glaring lack for me is no related KB.
