We've spent the past few months reviewing, trialling, and experimenting with different software, both free, and paid, both full automation, and fully manual products.

But to us, WHMCS has been the biggest and best bit of software, and it has been key to the running of our business. Any problems we have had, its straight on to the WHMCS Support, with a superbly quick reply time. At $15.95/mo - There may be applications that equal the same technology, and there also may be applications that are alot cheaper, however WHMCS intergrates wonderfully into my site, with templates, and SMARTY Syntax's. The Administration area is full, and can intergrate a number of Sales, and Tech related add-on's to the system.

If I were to suggest anything, it would be WHMCS. Running with the best software now, can help alot in the future when you have a solidly built system.

    Regards
    Steve

Could you explain how Boxbilling is better than WHMCS.

In what areas and what id does than WHMCS does not?

    Thanks

I actually went back and tested boxbilling. It's not nearly as full featured as WHMCS but is fairly well done. It's similar to Blesta, but doesn't do anything that WHMCS doesn't do.
