    Chilledhost vs the customer game continues (scam,bad,ripoff,cheap)

    Hello,
    I had 2 support ticket already posted and I see it's deleted. That is fine, but you must restore the database I had to get my site working back fully. It's been how long who knows (maybe you can tell me), so please stop playing game with us. On top of that I'm getting emails to pay invoices? Good joke there .
    Please fix it , before I leave. I already found a better host, so one last try ok?

    It's a shame that you are having trouble CoffinSupply and I hope the quarrel is resolved as soon as possible.

    Is there no other mode of communication that you use with Chilledhost?

    Well as I mentioned, they deleted my 2 tickets which I posted as URGENT. I'm trying one more time publically if that changes their mind.

    Wow, deleting tickets is definitly not good (unless they merged it with an open ticket you had on the same issue?)

    even my tickets were deleted.

    I had 5 accounts with them and two of those were with good amount of data.

    For One, i got the backup. But, the second, i am still waiting for them to respond.

    I am not in a mood to again do a lot of hard work. They could at least provide me with a backup of my website on their German server.

    Seems like ChilledHost has many bad reviews here at WebHostingTalk lately. I wouldn't be surprised that they have deleted your tickets.

    When you will search what other customers are saying about their service, you wouldn't be surprises. Their sites were down for days and they lost many customers.

    It may be time to look for a new hosting provider if they treat customers by deleting tickets. Not a good business tactic.

    I'll dedicade this post to toochilledhost and their everyday game which is chilledhost vs customer. Problems include server offline, cpanel trial error, ns not found, ip changed, lost database, no reply etc.

    Here is the current condition of chilledhost lol.
    When I enter my site :

    This IP is being shared among many domains.
    To view the domain you are looking for, simply enter the domain name in the location bar of your web browser.

    I suggest ChilledHosts customers start packing your bags and make back ups and start looking for a new provider.

    That's pretty bad, I give you credit for sticking with them this long. Every company has they're bad days (those are bound to happen), but in this industry its not about avoiding bad days (because those are bound to happen, regardless of how hard you try) its all about how the company handles the bad days.

    We some of my domains are down again. Write off this company move on they just take money don't do what the promise.
