For me:
1) 50 MB / 3 GB
2) 100 MB / 5GB
3) 200 MB / 10 GB
No 3 is stretching it a little.

Mods, please clean this thread up.
I would say this is a good business model:
1) $9.99/mo = 5-10gb transfer/200-300mb space
2) $14.99/mo = 10-20gb transfer/300-500mb space
3) $19.99/mo = 15-25gb transfer/500-1000mb space
But it also depends on how many domains you can host on these plans.██ Laurence Flynn @ HostNEXUS.com

IMO you won't be able to compete on price alone. There are hosts out there offering outrageous amounts of bandwidth & disk space. Just offer the industry average & try to stand out some other way.

Moved to other reviews before too many hosts get *nabbed* for self promotion.

Depends what you mean because your post doesn't make sense.

Wow, that's very generous. Do you know anything about hosting?

"give out" is appropriate, because you can't make money on this.
Maybe you decided to become a reseller with some unlimited bandwidth host?
I would suggest you do a whole lot more homework before you put a hosting site online and hurt people.
