You will get a unique answer from every other person. It really depends on the cost structure.

    For me:

    1) 50 MB / 3 GB
    2) 100 MB / 5GB
    3) 200 MB / 10 GB

No 3 is stretching it a little.

I think you should give more than 200mb/10gb for $19.99

This is next to impossible to answer. Each host has there own operating budget, overhead costs, bandwidth fees, etc. If you're looking for the best options for your budget you should try:

You'll recieve multiple quotes from very worthwhile and reputable hosts.

Mods, please clean this thread up.

I would say this is a good business model:

    1) $9.99/mo = 5-10gb transfer/200-300mb space
    2) $14.99/mo = 10-20gb transfer/300-500mb space
    3) $19.99/mo = 15-25gb transfer/500-1000mb space

But it also depends on how many domains you can host on these plans.

IMO you won't be able to compete on price alone. There are hosts out there offering outrageous amounts of bandwidth & disk space. Just offer the industry average & try to stand out some other way.

Moved to other reviews before too many hosts get *nabbed* for self promotion.

    i put
    1) 5gigs w/ 80b/w
    2) 10gigs w/ 100b/w
    3) 15gigs w/ 200b/w

    is that too much ?

"give out" is appropriate, because you can't make money on this.

Maybe you decided to become a reseller with some unlimited bandwidth host?

I would suggest you do a whole lot more homework before you put a hosting site online and hurt people.

*WOW* so you sell 10 of this plan @ 19.99 totalling around $200, and the cost of providing the service is likely to hit you for $400/month+ easy way to lose a lot of money ...

unless you're a registered charity doing it for the good of the internet , I'd advise you examine your business plan a lot closer ...
