    i personaly would not even TOUCHED my forum if i was in her shoes..that just shows pure guiltyness on there part

    heres how i look at it..and im not even a customer of ANz

    - they got money from there customers
    - they spent it on what ever it they/she wanted so bad
    - they got caught
    - they now are trying there BEST to cover things up


    now..these ideas may not be all TRUE..but something listed there hits it on the nose or very close to it..give or take..

    Has anyone gotten an email yet?

    I'm almost willing to bet they never send us anything and then later blame it on us and claim they did.

    Also, we really have no way to know if this deal with managed is even true. The way they lie, who can tell? They wait until the middle of the night to post it so that no one can confirm if it's true.

    this goes to show you that this kind of thing is a reality
    -fraud
    -scams
    -lie's
    -cheats
    etc etc etc..happens all the time...

    let this be a BIGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG lesson folks..(i state this next statment in a sincer postive way)
    Investigate your provider of ANY bussiness BEFORE you put your money to them..

    i remeber i use to say...
    naw..im smarter then that..that will never happen to me..

    well one day it did (else where same cause n effect tho)

    That's what happened two days ago. If you call Managed.com tomorrow morning and they say they know nothing of this arrangement with ANz, then Rachel / Kevin / Donna / xAngelx will say the deal was changed without their knowledge. It does make you wonder - if the arrangement was made earlier today, then why wait until the middle of the night to post it?

    When a company appears to be in trouble, they will try every tactic to appease the angry customers, even if it means stringing them along indefinitely, in the hope that they will get fed up of waiting and leave without asking for a refund as it would be more trouble than it is worth.

    Nope. Been checking every few minutes. Luckily I used my ISP when I ordered my box and then never changed it. If they send one out, I will definitely get it. I will post it if no one else has.
