CPanel Full Backup not saving Home Directory

I am trying to migrate a server to a new host.

When I try to restore a full backup on my new host, NONE of the home directory files are making the move. Everything else is fine though.

I'm not getting any errors, so I don't have a clue as to why this isn't working.

    Any ideas?

Have you confirmed that the generated backup files actually have the home directories?

No...isn't the whole point of the full backup to backup everything in the account?

I think it's safe to assume that it isn't being sent.

How would I confirm this anyway?

I've initiated a home directory backup.

The file is already larger than the full backup.

    That should tell you something.

If the databases have transferred in the full backup then just restore the home backup as well and then make sure everything copied over correctly before you cancel your old account.

    Best of luck.
