VPS / Server
Hi guys,
How many "average" specification VDS' do you think you could fit on a dedicated server with the following specification?
Pentium 4 3.0Ghz CPU
1gb DDR RAM
80GB Hard Drive
Thanks,

For VPS your limiting factors are RAM and hard disk space. You really want to think about more RAM on that box

Ok then, how is it people cram on 30+ then? even on a box with 4GB of RAM that gives it very little to play with..

Because 4096/128 = 32.
30 VPS's per host is a little too many though IMO.

I wouldn't down play the importance of DISK IO when you get more then 2 VE's on a box.
