I am not sure when you were a customer or what the situation was, but we offer true 24/7 email support, emergency email support in which you can email an administrator directly and a toll free emergency phone support number.
If you wish to email me directly bbennett@brinet.net I can work something out with you such as waiving the setup fee and maybe a month or two free since you were a former customer.
We have always been known for real-time support in which we answer most emails within minutes and we receive many new customers simply because of our customer support standards, however sometimes workload and circumstances set us back. Sound good to me, but I don't like setup fee . And yours is too much.
