    Automated Minecraft hosting

    Does anyone here offer it? If they do;

What software do you use to automate the process?

Do you offer a server control panel?

Do you offer web space / MySQL space for free?

    Cheers for responses in advance.

Multicraft has modules that automate the process.

Thank you for your quick reply - I shall look into it!

I currently work for a Minecraft hosting company. We use Multicraft, which automates it as Xenos said - that is also the server control panel. We also offer MySQL for free, but not web space at the moment.

    Thank you for your replies!

Is Multicraft's WHMCS module on a subcription only basis?

    ... Oooh, awesome.

I've been looking for a solution like this for my company as we've been getting customers who want to play Minecraft on our servers.

This is totally awesome. We'll be redoing our Minecraft setup with this.

You may want to shoot them an email. I researched Multicraft for my personal use instead of hosting, so I did not require the WHMCS module.

Yes, there is an additional charge for the whmcs module, it's a one time only thing though.

You may want to look at using TCAdmin and GameCP too.

Why spend more money when Multicraft does the job? As a matter of fact, a better job for Minecraft

Good question. I'd initially tried out GameCP, decided not to use it after the trial expired, as I'd been only after Minecraft management, not management of everything under the sun.

    MultiCraft does that job nicely.

Yeah the pricing for MultiCraft is also quite affordable too.

you can use TCadmin, gameCP, Multicraft, pretty much any game panel software can automate servers however you would also have to make sure your billing software also has a module.

I would give TCadmin version 2 a try since they support Linux now. It used to be only Windows support however the community & staffs are really helpful and there are always updates released.

Did you bother to read the post that you quoted before giving a response

    This part in particular?

as I'd been only after Minecraft management, not management of everything under the sun.

First of all I did read the OP's question and second of all you are quoting from someone's else response besides the OP's question which I was actually posting to. I didn't quote that user. There are some people who still don't know that TCadmin was only really supported for Windows for version 1. However, it now works for Linux for version 2 and I've seen tons and tons of people complaining and upset why there wasn't support for v1 and they want to use it for Linux.

That makes sense if you were responding to the OP (Zixt). I quoted the same post from Keiro that you did

no biggies I was actually confused at first too!

However, all panels are great (Tcadmin, Multicraft, GameCP, etc) but it would always be best to make sure you test the panel and check out the demo to make sure you like the interface, features, easy to use and get a hang of, user friendly for your clients or for yourself as there are some "picky" clients who don't like certain panels due to their previous experiences.

For Minecraft, I personally would use MultiCraft or TCAdmin V2.0 with Linux Remotes. From what I've been testing and seeing, linux is pretty much more stable than windows in terms of minecraft, infact the cpu usage is even lower. :O
