    A Joint Venture

Hey Guys, ive been reveiwing alot of offers here at WHT about partnerships, and here is a better solution taht ive come up with and i want to proceed with this.

    • A Joint Venture, where both companies/hosts still perform their daily routine on their own sites and DO NOT share profits from the customers that come on their real site.
    • The two companies/hosts will make a new site/host providing site, with both of their servers entered in the billing system and all profits go down 50/50
    • Meanwhile the sites they originate from (Real Hosting Companies that they owned before this) perform the same .
    • There will be an agreement that any sort of persuasion for the potential customer to go to their original comapnies for hosting although we may say that we are providing a better solution/service by joining together.
    • This solution involves both hosts joining up:
    1. ONE Server/Reseller (IF RESELLER THEN PROOF OF CONTROL OVER THE SERVER)
    2. Support
    3. Marketting
    4. Advertising
    5. Daily Decisions (Both must agree in order to proceed)
    6. Billing System 50% contribution
    7. Any development on the site would be 50/50

Everything will be new FROM SCRATCH GROUND UP all costs split 50/50 and no clients from either company will be shared.

Here im assuming that both parties provide equal amount of services/products while running their original hosting comapny.

This way both brand names survive as well as the NEW brand that comes up has a better chance because we dont have anything to lsoe if the outcome of the new site ends up in a loss or a shut down.

I would like to hear out offers on this!

No serious companies would accept to discuss such topic on a public forum. Professionals sign an NDA prior to any agreement. You are just loosing them by refusing PMs.

It is just a friendly advice.

Why would you still maintain keeping your original companies, if you're going to focus on the newly forme company?
