I got the same offer from logicsupport and serverwizards
which would do you think I should choose?
by the fast search I did, I see logicsupport has less reviews, but just good ones

I have seen a few poor reviews about serverwizards on here. I have not used either unfortunately. We work with got-management.com and they do a fantastic job. You should broaden your horizons.

Hello
we have been with both the companies
i used to be with logic support, they are a very good and friendly company and provide good support but sometime they lack in some issues
right now me and my partner also using server wizard for one of our server at limestone
and i have only good things to say about them, they made our server so stable , and good , they optimized well , and i must say that serverwizard rocks
overall i can say that both the companies are very friendly and having very intelligent techs.
i rate 9/10 to logic support

Well I tried to contact them through live chat but can't reach any one although it's active. Ticket was not answered and closed after a few day. Well it might be one of the misstakes all server admin companies made every now and then but so far I'm not really impressive with their service. They claim that they are premium security consulting and outsourced support but consider what happened ......well I give them benefit of the doubt

SERVERWIZARDS ALL THE WAY !
ServerWizards have been great to me, I've been using them for years now and couldn't be more happier. They manage all kinds of servers for me, with our without control panels, linux, freebsd, openbsd, openvz, they really know their stuff. Thumbs up SW!

I signed up for serverwizards.
man, their support system looks scaring. No SSL on http://helpdesk.serverwizards.com/
how can I send in my root password to them via that insecure page?

Amen. So you can give them your root password outside of the helpdesk in some secure manner. But then your helpdesk login & password are sent in clear text. If someone intercepts those they can direct your server management company via the helpdesk to open up a hole into the server or perhaps generate a backup and send it to their FTP server, etc.
In short, why would you trust a company that doesn't use secure practices for their own business to keep your server secure??
