    123systems poor support

    Hello,

    Been with 123systems for about 4months, so far the network has been solid. I use my VPS just for ssh into other machines and noticed today the vps was suspended for bandwidth usage. I submitted a ticket to them at 8:48am there time and still awaiting a reply (now 11:39am)

    My SolusVM control says i've used 1TB of data? Just for SSH?

    Anyone else experienced slow replys from 123systems? Most VPS suspend at bandwidth limit (Mine did) but however bandwidth stil increased? A bug? or just a way for 123systems to get more money out of customers?

    Can anyone find a phone number for them?

    how about having some patience, it's been less then 2 hours according to your post many providers do not have that fast a turnaround time.

    Providing they charge $0.25 per GB, and my bandwidth even though vps was suspended is still increasing? $250 bill for them not responding to a ticket?

    what's your VPS node ?
    I have some vps with them , and every thing goes normally !!
    if this is a bug , it will be in the all vps on the node (I think)

    so I think it's maybe an attack on your vps

    They are not sure how the Bandwidth was used? That was the Reply i got on a support ticket.

    Anyhows, moving on (new provider time)

    Hosts don't always know answers immediately.
    You may have to allow for research and investigation time.

    123Systems has been excellent to date for me, for 6 months now.

    that's good
    123systems's support maybe sometimes delay to respond however they are very helpful and respectable people

    for me, 123systems so far so good. sometimes my support ticket delay, when i'm send it on non office hours.
