Anybody Encountering CSF Lockout on XEN?
Hi Guys
Im checking the installation of CSF/LFD on our XEN based VPS but whenever i enable the firewall all traffic is locked out and when i disable it everything connects.
any suggestions would be appreciated thank you i searched around but not have a concrete solution. im using xen vps with centos 5.9 and cpanel 11.34.1 and latest csf 5.79

See what happens if you start csf and lfd from the command line. Are you running a stock CentOS kernel? If not, I've seen issues where csf doesn't start properly because your kernel is too new and iptables is too old.

Make sure you have the latest version of csf installed.
Had a similar issue with a csf auto update. Noticed csf updated again the next day and the problem went away.

Nope we've not seen any issues
When you start the CSF do you get any iptables module errors? or "unknown" followed by a bunch of numbers?
