    Burstnet Is Down?

It seems like BurstNet is down again. What is going on with them?
They were down again last weekend.
It starting to look like they have a pattern of bringing servers down on weekend.
    Too bad for a host.

It doesn't matter how much you claim how important your data is. If it's not backed up, it's not important.

Yep,my site is down +7 hours at the moment of writing.
However,my domain should be resolved soon to my dedicated server at Burst, which is running fine.

I won't post my complete traceroute, but this line that always appears above it: Analysis: IP packets are not moving from network "AT&T ITS" to network "BurstNET Technologies, Inc." at hops 15-16.
So it's a network problem again.

Once again we have no problem accessing servers at burst and we don't have any customers complaining so this looks like an isolated routing incident.

I also checked my QWK MON graphs and its not showing an outage either.

Yes,my dedicated server is running fine as well, but since my dns for my domains is not resolved yet to that server it still pints to my accounts at the shared server, and everything is still down:

Do traceroute http://www.avalancheonline.net and you will see.

    Hello
We have our DNS servers. separated with one in London so we don't suffer DNS failure issues.
I think the problems must relate to certain switches and routers within the NOC as we never seem to be affected.
