SurfSpeedy.com

iNet and Frontier Networks, Inc., d/b/a SurfSpeedy.Com, have renewed their business relationship. A previous dispute between iNet and SurfSpeedy concerning a misunderstanding about iNet’s services and charges has now been resolved.

Thanks for the heads up Ryan. And yet another reason not wrong iNet.

Best of luck in court, that's no small potatoes.

Go get 'em iNet! I hope a lot of people see this as a sticky and rethink what they are doing (if they are considering SurfSpeedy)

Thanks for the heads up Ryan

Note: Frontier Networks now owns DDI Hosting as well. A perfect match for two shady businesses.

That is disgusting !

I am a little shocked, I thought that was a fairly large company. Wouldn't think they would dare pull something off like that. But then we have companies like Enron, Tyco Sad...

I wish you best of luck.

Oh my gosh!!!

I'm not sure what's going on but I've always respected SpeedySurf. I thought they were kinda nice to do business with although I have not done any with them.

Steve seems to be here a lot posting stuff and helping out.

Oh well... I guess I might be wrong after all.

Good luck to you in court Ryan.

I don't know if I would have a sticky thread on a busy public forum if I was in litigation with a company, but I guess that's up to you guys.

What was the reason for the chargeback?

We can only assume the chargeback is in response to our filing suite against them.

Ok, I do not have the complete idea of the situation as such but I would HIGHLY recommend INET NOT to take CC payments for anything over $1000.

For this always go for the wire transfers so that you do not have to face issues like charge backs etc.

Thanks!

My thoughts, exactly. The counterclaim for loss of revenue and other damages re this post may well exceed the amount actually owed. None the less...interesting.

SurfSpeedy/DDI - always knew they were dodgy. However, providing a product before the Benjamins have been passed over is....a lesson learned....
