use DirectAdmin.com ,I personly tried cpanel and moved to DirectAdmin.com

some of the goods of Directadmin:
Integrated Ticket Support System

With DirectAdmin's integrated ticket support system, you'll provide better customer service with less hassle. "You have XX messages waiting" is displayed every time you sign in -- and you can set DirectAdmin to notify you of support requests by e-mail, ensuring that no request will be missed. If you prefer to offer support in a different way, simply turn this feature off.

Live Updates

Server administrators can click the "licensing / updates" button to view the current license and version status. There is no need to manually download, extract, and install -- DirectAdmin performs all updates automatically.

Completely Customizable

DirectAdmin is designed to be as unique as your business. Every aspect of the DirectAdmin interface can be changed, and new designs are easily imported through the "skins" menu.

Automatic Recovery From Crashes

DirectAdmin TaskQueue ensures that all services are up, all of the time. If something crashes, DirectAdmin will attempt to fix the problem by restarting the service. If this fails, DirectAdmin will notify the server administrator immediately.

All Licenses are Unlimited-Domain Licenses

There is no limit to the amount of domains or user accounts that can be hosted with DirectAdmin.

I doubt you can run it with qmail and vsftp. You might need to look around.

Greetings:

We use and recommend H-Sphere (http://www.psoft.net/).

H-Sphere provides complete shared hosting automation.

Some of the applications you mentioned are "just" control panels. They automate a portion of hosting, but not 100%.

H-Sphere is complete shared hosting automation.

It seamlessly allows you to host RedHat Linux, FreeBSD, and Windows 200x servers distributed across multiple data centers; and manage all of those servers from one browser-based area.

It easily allows you to have various services such as mail, mySQL, postgresql, and other Internet-based services run on their own servers, and yet interact with individual servers transparently.

H-Sphere lowers licensing costs for Windows 200x as you can run qmail along with anti-virus scanning and SPAM prevention from a FreeBSD or RedHat Linux box; you can also easily have your Windows 200x customers use mySQL and postgresql as alternatives to Microsoft SQL Server.

Since moving to H-Sphere over a year ago, we’ve found our total cost of ownership (TCO) for operating a hosting business to be much lower and easier to manage.

The community forum at http://forum.psoft.net/ is relatively active, and filled with very nice people who don’t mind sharing their years of experience.

If you want just a control panel, there’s a lot to choose from in the basket of just control panels. If you want complete shared hosting automation, then there is H-Sphere.

Thank you.
