Colo in Central NJ
What are some good colo options in Central NJ? NAC is a little far away from me (I'm in the Princeton area), and I'm not interested in the Level 3 facility on Route 1 in Princeton. I'm looking for a datacenter within 30 minutes of Princeton.
Thanks,
Josh

Have you looked into Choopa or Velcom? They are in Princeton if I'm not mistaken, www.choopa.net or www.velcom.com

NAC or Tellurian, although Tellurian is north-west [Sussex County].
But then again, New Jersey isn't exactly a huge state, so they're only about an hour away from "central NJ".Become an ISP; a great value-added service for any web host.

It looks like Velcom is a Choopa customer or they have some kind of relationship.

I found the www.digitalproviders.net site earlier today, looks like the closest place to me. I see that you're right across from the Princeton Airport: That's about 30 minutes from us.

Let me bring this thread back from the dead - Any other options in the Central NJ area? HostRemote is about 1 hour away, and DigitalProviders' rates are a little high for what we're looking for (In their Princeton facility). NAC is about 1 hour away as well. I'm looking for something within a 20-30 minute drive. Maybe there's just a dead spot in Central NJ

josh,
you are going to pay a lot for anything in that area due to loop costs. hence, not many facilities.

There are lots of facilities in NJ
HostRemote | Down side loops expensive drives up the per meg price.
* They have a great facility and rack space + PWR are dirt cheap, but you get nailed on BW.
Same with Digital Providers.
You got to take what you can get and compramise if you need cheep BW you have to be in a metro area like JC or NYC.
