Skynethosing.net Reseller plans are under DDOS
The UK Reseller plans are under DDOS.
This is the second day while my sites are offline.
No answer , for email,tickets.
Yes its Xmas but if my sites are offline.. what kind of hosting is it.
Also the uptime is terrible in this month , monitored by siteuprobot.com , and i have a lots of email about downtime.
Maybe in there i will get an answer or not.
They not resolved since more than 24 hour.
Suggestions ?

Have they not responded to tickets for the past couple days? It's possible they're held back on requests if it is a serious issue that they're working on fixing. They might also have less staff available during the holidays.

They said yesterday they are working on it. But i have 100 websites... and the customers are complaining because you are the reseller host... culd be hard to beat the answers for it.
The phone is ring.ring.ring all the day why the sites are offline , they leave etc.
This is not good...
If you know what i mean. DDOS thats okay but... after 24 hour still cant reach my website

it seems they use CloudFlare and if they protecion based on CF you should know CF base price is $20/M/Website and free CF dont have any protection. you should ask what type of protection they use and if they guarantee it and how much attack they can handle.

Skynethosing must be working on this, but it may can take longer time depending on size of attack. Its also holiday, so they might not be getting sufficient support from Datacenter.
If you have backups, you can shift to another reseller hosting provider with DDOS protection.
Or you can upgrade to a VPS (with / without DDOS protection)

why not just give them 1 more chance to resolve the issue before moving out to a new home. I think they could move you to another server or offer something my 2cent I guess

Waiting any longer may not be viable if you have customers that are already waiting for their sites to come back up and it seems like op is being put in a tough spot since no response or explanation is yet to be given to him.

The skyhosting said that for me: Your domain and ip get a big ddos. You have to leave now. We send the backup and thats all.

Any idea why your website is being targeted for such a large scale DDOS attack?
