    burstnet vps offline

Burst.net have suspended one of my customers vps without any notification and do not answer my tickets to solve the problem.

Tickets DNO-195-91362, DNO-195-91362, WXU-878-68826, I have important business with my customer but Bust.net don't care about it.

I don't know what to do anymore.

    Hello,

You can give a call to your hosting provider contact number.

Or you can chat with them if they have that facility.

If they dont have such facility you can find better other hosting provider.

Now Burst.net have suspended the VPS again without any notification, and the attack issue was solved yesterday.

CPU utilization was under 10%, I can't believe!

What kind of partnership is this?

    What is happening?

Solved, the problem was high IO utilization caused by backup routine.

I'm really very grateful to Burst.net in that last issue, the support response time was really fast.

In the future I hope to Burst.net can notify the partner before suspending any important service.

I'd hardly class your VPS being suspended as grounds to post in the "outages" forum. You should contact your provider if you run into problems, not post on a forum and hope they reply to a forum post instead of your ticket.

    Just my $0.02.
