There is a rep here ( @BurstNET and @BurstNET_CSM), so I'm sure they'll be responding here soon to resolve this for you.
They advertise 72 hours for server set ups so this doesn't seem like the norm.

Have you contacted them? Seems a very long delay. I know they take a lot longer on *Special Offers* as the demand increases.
Hope they get server built soon

Server has been built! and is now in operation,
Speed of server= Great!
DirectAdmin panel = doesn't connect port 2222, will have an admin look at it.
Server specs = Just as I ordered
IPS= 5 ips
Harddrive = 1 gig
CPU = i7-2600
Panel = DirectAdmin
Server Price special = Awesome.
Current rating = good operating server , but don't get the special if you need the server in a day or two!!
-------
Does anyone know why directadmin port :2222 doesn't work? How do you start directadmin?

Glad that you're happy! I have a couple of machines with BurstNET for personal use and am relatively happy. For me, a stable network is the most important aspect of hosting. I don't need fast support, just a stable network which they provide

by NO means, did I say I'm happy with the service, in fact I sent in a tech support ticket 4 days ago, and it hasn't been looked at!

This is scaring me because I'm not about to put mission critical stuff on here, when I can't even get simple email ticket support.
-----
Am I missing here something? do I need to pay for tech support with BURST? I'm thinking of cutting my losses, and canceling this server.
I am willing to pay more for customer support!Last edited by cwebcweb; 10-19-2013 at 03:53 PM.

Re: current burstnet experience.
I've never really had to open a ticket with burst, so I can't comment on support. I've contacted via AIM and they responded very fast - you pay for what you get

Re: current burstnet experience.
Not to start a new war thread but take into account that they might be needing to add more support staff.

Anybody have the $49.95 managed server add-on support plan?
what kind of support do you get with the add-on?
different support line? different priority on ticket system?
