    go to your whmcs installation ---> template --> your template --> footer ?

    You need to wrap any inline JavaScript in {literal}{/literal} tags.

    If the code provided by PureChat is JavaScript, then yes, it should work.

    It keeps not working, i'm going to think how can i solve it... maybe add a button to open on a new window.

    Did you clear your template cache in WHMCS before trying to access your site again?

    It is easy just do the following:

    {literal}Script provided by purechat {/literal}

    Put this code on the footer file of your theme.

    If you have more questions, just say.
