Read from the top. Claim was made after the server was offline for sometime.

Rabbadon, how are you contacting them? Via their ticketing system or email?

Contact has been tried through ticket system, email and msn.

Anyway, now that they seem "reappeared" we arranged that they will refund me the last invoice (paid on 22 april, and server went offline on 24) and will make me the available for the backup.

I will update when the issue is closed.

Final Update:

Qirus refunded the last month invoice and i was able to backup my data.
Their explanation on what happened concerned about problems with mailserver and office change.
I still believe that if you are facing communication problem for a long time, with risk of losing a lot of emails and support tickets, you should notice your costumer before, and not after, anyway the refund promptly issued prove that they still deserve trust.

Thanks for sharing experiance, allthough i dont know how much "trust" i would have in a company who have mailserver problems in 22 days without noticing the customers and without noticing a server is down for 22 days. But thank you anyways, im glad your problem got solved and you got the backups.
