Does anyone know a help page to help me setup GameCP and which server it goes on?

How do you mean what server does it go on? GameCP have some sort of documentation and FAQ at http://gamecp.com/
If you're after getting help from other users then I suggest to look at there forums. There ought to be some threads there that can help you.

By which server does it go on, I meant whether it goes on my web hosting server or one of my dedicated servers which run the games.

I've got the same question. I think they should have a module where you must have to enter your game server login / administrator details. Right?

Hi,
You install it on your Web Server then after you install it. Login to GameCP go to System settings> Machines
add machine and that's it
