Second question, are you using Max Mind for fraud protection? Some other hosts rejected me because my country is blacklisted by maxmind even though I have a verified paypal account.

We do not use Maxmind currently so that shouldn't cause any problems for you.

I have a question on your plan upgrades. You list that for the VS3 plan to add CPanel/WHM is $5.00 per month. Then down on the upgrades list you have CPanel Unlimited Domains listed at an additional $5-7 per month.

What is the difference in the 2 different CPanel options? On the cPanel/WHM add-on you can't have unlimited domains?

All you pay is $5 per month and you get unlimited domains with cPanel. There is no additional costs. It's just how our website explains it. All our VPS's have unlimited domains. The VS3 it's $5 but the discounts apply to that as well with the coupon.
