Our ideal candidate would be a solid Level 2/3 Tech with sales experience and based in the mid west. Our home office is in South West Michigan. Our first COLO is in Seattle, but we are looking to expand in 2012. If you have data center experience, you may be called on to travel. You are paid bi-weekly on the 10th and 25th of the month. You are going to be a part of a growing support staff, and report to a senior network admin who runs the support team.
Additionally, we are not looking for Indian "teams" to hire. We prefer to look at U.S. based techs who speak perfect English, and work standard U.S. business hours Monday - Friday. Some weekend or vacation coverage may be needed when others are out/vacation/sick.

This person will remotely manage the technical infrastructure of several servers (both Windows Server and Centos Linux-based) and the network communications between them.
You should have:
1. Experience with SolusVM, OpenVZ, and server virtualization
2. Experience with advanced TCP/IP networking, IP tunneling, and VPNs
3. Multiple years of both Windows Server and Centos/Redhat Experience
4. Prior experience as a Systems Administrator in a mission critical environment
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
6. Reliable internet connectivity and a computer
7. Able to work under pressure and communicate effectively
WHMCS experience is a plus. Microsoft and/or Cisco certification is also a plus.
