We're seeking four (4) additional data center operations assistants.

This represents a great opportunity for junior professionals with engineering, telecom, infrastructure or other technical ambitions to join a leading and quickly growing facilities-based provider of mission critical infrastructure solutions. The Operations Assistants will work closely with the Director of Operations to ensure continuous operations and the absolute highest level of facilities performance and customer satisfaction. Operations Assistants will acquire comprehensive knowledge of data center operations, the highly critical solutions they provide and their overall complex infrastructure. These part-time or full-time Operations Assistants positions will be based out of DataCenter.BZ’s flagship location in Worthington, Ohio.
Primary responsibilities
Managing inbound customer inquiries and ticketing
Assistance with data center asset inventory, maintenance and deliveries
Project management assistance with facility operations and customer installs
Preferred background, skills and interests
Has or is pursuing a degree in an engineering or information technology discipline
Technical prowess, particularly with respect to programming, networking, etc.
Relevant operations and/or customer service experience a plus
Interest from part-time/night-time/weekend students is welcomed
High integrity, team players who enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Interest in critical infrastructure, converging technologies, an evolving communications landscape, transforming business models, etc.
Highly organized and driven
Articulate, excellent communication skills, very comfortable interfacing with customers and other professionals
