    prevent SPAM Ticket in WHMCS

    Easy solution to solved spam ticket in WHMCS is just create a hook to detect what is going inside the ticket content, so here you goes,

    Step 1.

    Create file in "includes/hooks/" and name the file as whatever you want and extension must be ".php".
    Ex. "anti_spam.php"

    Step 2.
    Put this code in the file that you just create.
    Code:
    <?php
    $checkvars = array('subject','message');
    foreach ($checkvars AS $checkvar) if (strpos($_REQUEST[$checkvar],'{php}')!==false) die("Don't SPAM!!");
    ?>

    I found another one while scouring the web, but I'm not getting it work, anyone good with mod_security?

    Code:
    SecRule ARGS_POST "{php}" "deny,log,auditlog"
    It work's if I make it GET and include {php} in my URL line. But posted ticket's don't work. Could it be HTTPS that is causing it?

    This would be the cat's meow if I could get this to work

    DONE!!! It works!!

    My final line was:

    Code:
    SecRule ARGS "{php}" "deny,log,auditlog,msg:'SPAM!! Your IP has been logged.'"
    SecRule ARGS_POST "{php}" "deny,log,auditlog,msg:'SPAM!! Your IP has been logged.'"
    I know I know, GET and POST, but what the hey This way once they post it doesn't even go through!! I love this!
