Anybody using AcuNett or TouchSupport? How are they?
I am looking for a server management company to manage a new server. No end-user support. Just me & my sites.
I did a thorough search and the few companies that stood out are those that are recommended as much as hot dogs being sold down the block. You can easily guess those companies. Hehe!
Anyway, among the companies I narrowed down to, AcuNett and TouchSupport are in there. My only problem is that reviews are a little bit old to my taste.
As such, I wish to ask if there is anybody currently using their services or have used their service recently share their experiences by either posting here or by private messaging me. I thank you in advance for your help.
We have been working with AcuNett for almost a year now...
...and we couldn't be more pleased with the services provided by Ronny and his team. We are for sure looking forward to continue using their services, knowing it's one solid team behind them.
acunett is very slow when it comes to replying... you have to wait hours to get reply from them.
That's far away from our experience with AcuNett. We have been getting a response (and with the response - a resolution at the same time on a majority of our tickets with them) within 30-60 minutes. If they have been unable to resolve the issue directly, the ticket has always been assigned within 60 minutes and resolved within 3-6 hours depending on the request.
So as per my experience, they are far away from being "slow".

what is more annoying then there response time (which takes days)
We have had a 1 hour case examination SLA since 2010 - before that it was 2.5 hours. Thus, it comes as quite a surprise to hear a claim of multi-day waits for responses. I cannot imagine a company in our industry would survive long with that sort of response time. If you could email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with a few ticket IDs, I'd greatly appreciate an opportunity to look into this.
